Return & Refund Policy
Overview
LaunchTok provides digital services related to TikTok Shop setup, management, and growth. Due to the nature of our services, all purchases are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, the service must not have been fully delivered, substantially completed, or customized specifically for your business.
The following services are non-refundable:
- Completed TikTok Shop setup and approvals
- Strategy sessions, consultations, or audits once delivered
- Creator outreach, ad management, or campaign execution already initiated
- Customized services, white-label work, or one-time setup fees
To request a refund, proof of purchase and a written explanation of the issue are required.
Please note that we do not offer refunds based on performance expectations, revenue results, or platform-related limitations imposed by TikTok.
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following situations:
- Service was partially delivered before cancellation
- Delay caused solely by LaunchTok without resolution
- Duplicate or accidental payment
Refunds
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund after approval, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Discounted or promotional services
Services purchased at a discounted rate, promotional price, or during special offers are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Exchanges
As we provide digital services, exchanges are not applicable. However, we may offer service adjustments or credit at our discretion.
Gifts
If a service was purchased as a gift, any eligible refund will be issued to the original purchaser and not the recipient.
Service Delivery
Service timelines depend on the selected plan, client responsiveness, and TikTok platform approvals. Delays caused by third-party platforms are not grounds for refunds.
